Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exambhidu is a brand owned by Shreecore Financial Technology Private Limited (CIN: U58201PN2023PTC224005) and provides digital learning services. There is no physical product shipment.

Before payment

Review the selected plan, price and exam allowance before confirming checkout. The final amount is shown before payment authorization. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

After payment

After successful payment verification, the applicable digital plan may be activated for the account associated with the purchase.

Eligible refund situations

Refund requests may be considered for an incorrect charge, duplicate successful payment, or a material payment/activation failure where the purchased digital entitlement was not delivered after successful payment verification. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the transaction record and the circumstances of the request.

Refund requests

To request a refund, email info@shreecore.in with your registered email/mobile, payment/order reference, transaction date and a brief description of the issue. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the transaction.

Failed, reversed or duplicate transactions

If your bank shows a debit but Exambhidu has no successful confirmation, the transaction may first be reconciled with the payment provider. Confirmed failed or duplicate payments will be handled through the applicable reconciliation and refund process.

Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. Because Exambhidu provides digital access, cancellation of future use does not automatically reverse a completed purchase or restore an exam allowance. Any refund will be handled according to this policy and applicable law.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated through the applicable payment/refund mechanism, generally to the original payment source where supported. Refund processing is initiated as promptly as reasonably possible after approval; the time for funds to appear can depend on the payment provider and banking network.
