1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Exambhidu website, installing or using the Exambhidu Android application, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Exambhidu service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. About Exambhidu
Exambhidu is an educational technology service focused on AI-assisted learning and competitive examination preparation. The core student experience is provided through the Exambhidu Android application.
The website is primarily used to provide information about the service, plans, policies, support and related legal information. Student registration, login, learning, practice, exams, results and progress features are provided through the Android application and are not represented as a web student dashboard.
3. Eligibility and user account
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an Exambhidu account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access secure and for activity performed through your account.
You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or share account access in a manner intended to bypass plan limits or security controls.
4. Educational use
Exambhidu provides learning assistance, practice material, mock examinations, explanations, revision support and performance insights for educational purposes.
Exambhidu does not guarantee examination success, marks, rank, admission, employment, selection or any other particular outcome. Examination patterns, syllabi, rules and official information can change, and users should verify important information against the relevant official examination authority.
5. AI-assisted features
Exambhidu may use artificial intelligence to provide explanations, mentoring, recommendations, practice content and other learning assistance.
AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies or omissions. AI output should be treated as educational assistance and not as a substitute for official instructions, professional advice or authoritative source material.
We may review, validate, restrict or modify AI-generated content and features to maintain quality, safety and reliability.
6. Exams, questions and results
Exambhidu may provide practice questions, mock examinations and other assessment features. Question availability, exam structure, duration, attempt limits and other rules may vary by exam and plan.
Where an examination is scored by the Exambhidu system, scoring and result calculations are determined by the applicable system rules. Users must not attempt to manipulate, bypass or interfere with examination controls.
7. Plans and pricing
Exambhidu may offer paid digital plans. Current published plans may include:
- Basic: ₹199 for 20 exams.
- Standard: ₹299 for 30 exams.
- Unlimited: ₹499 for unlimited exams, subject to applicable service rules.
Plan names, pricing, features, exam allowances and availability may be changed or updated. The applicable price and plan details displayed at checkout will govern the purchase.
8. Payments
Payments for paid services are processed through the payment provider made available during checkout. Payment completion is subject to successful authorization and server-side verification.
Exambhidu does not require users to provide their UPI PIN, CVV, password or full card credentials to customer support. Users should complete payments only through the authorized checkout flow.
Payment records, transaction references and related information may be retained as reasonably necessary for reconciliation, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance.
9. Digital delivery and activation
Exambhidu is a digital service. No physical product is shipped.
After successful payment verification, the purchased digital entitlement may be activated for the applicable Exambhidu account. Access may depend on account status, payment confirmation, service availability and the conditions of the purchased plan.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, failed transactions, duplicate payments and cancellation requests are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Stopping use of the app does not automatically cancel or reverse a completed digital purchase. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment/refund mechanism.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Exambhidu for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, payment controls, authentication or examination controls.
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit Exambhidu content without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, damage or compromise the service or its security.
- Upload malicious code or content intended to interfere with the service or another user's access.
- Misrepresent Exambhidu, Shreecore Financial Technology Private Limited or your relationship with either.
- Use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
12. Intellectual property
The Exambhidu brand, name, logo, software, interface, original content, educational material, designs and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Shreecore Financial Technology Private Limited and are protected by applicable law.
Your purchase or use of Exambhidu gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
13. User content and feedback
You may submit questions, feedback and other permitted content through the service. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights to submit it.
You grant Exambhidu the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process and use submitted content to provide, secure and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Exambhidu, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
15. Third-party services
Exambhidu may depend on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, AI processing and other operational functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Service availability
We aim to keep Exambhidu available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures, infrastructure problems, third-party dependencies, network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, payment systems or examination integrity, or where a user violates these Terms or applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit our ability to take immediate action where security, fraud, abuse or legal compliance requires it.
18. Disclaimers
Exambhidu is provided as an educational technology service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that all content will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for every learner or examination.
Users are responsible for their own study decisions and for checking official examination information.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shreecore Financial Technology Private Limited and Exambhidu will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Changes to the service
We may add, remove or modify features, plans, content, pricing or other parts of Exambhidu as the service develops. Where required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
21. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use of Exambhidu after an applicable update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operations of Shreecore Financial Technology Private Limited and Exambhidu, subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
Any dispute should first be raised with our support team so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
